Left Breast Mastopexy followed by Silicone Gel Augmentation

• 49 year old female concerned with breast asymmetry.


• She had a grade II left breast ptosis that needed a mastopexy before any augmentation.


• She tried on implant sizers following the mastopexy and liked the 350cc appearance.


• 4 months following mastopexy she had augmentation with 375ml Gel High Profile Implants.
